  Darrin Camilleri is running to defend a key Democratic seat in the Michigan State Senate. A former high school social studies teacher and longtime advocate for public education, workers’ rights, and environmental protection, Camilleri made history as Michigan’s first Maltese-American legislator. He helped flip the Senate in 2022 and has been central to advancing Democratic priorities and holding the line against the MAGA agenda. His re-election is essential to protecting Michigan’s Democratic gains and maintaining a strong pro-democracy Senate majority.

  This year our chapter is supporting two organizations in Alaska and two in Georgia who have done outstanding work to build progressive power in those states. Your donation will be split across Progress Alaska, 907 Policy Project, Asians Rising Georgia Alliance Inc, and Georgia Youth Justice Coalition for Education Inc.   When you donate to these organizations, you help build a multiracial movement of working people by connecting with them year round. Their grassroots organization will help empower voters, volunteers, candidates and legislatures in Alaska and Georgia.

• Support the National States Win Organization

  States Win chapters are run by volunteers, but the national organization that gives us work and support requires funding to run. States Win Headquarters researches districts, provides field, fundraising, and strategic support to key state legislative races, supports volunteer organizers, works with candidates who lost their races so they can run again and win, runs experiments on the most efficient voter engagement tactics, and participates in civic education about the importance of state legislatures.
